DAIMN ("DAIMN", "we", "us", "our") is a gaming, esports, and creator organization operating this website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit the Site, create an account, apply to join DAIMN, or interact with our content and services.

We collect only what we need to run the Site and the DAIMN community:

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider — we never see or store your actual password).
• Profile information. Details you choose to add to your profile, such as an avatar image, gamertag, or social links.
• Application information. If you apply to join DAIMN, we collect the answers you provide in the application form, including your age confirmation, experience, and goals.
• Chat history. If you are signed in and use the Ask DAIMN assistant, your conversations are saved so you can return to them. You can delete a conversation at any time.
• Usage data. We record which pages are viewed (page path and time) to understand how the Site is used. This data is not tied to your identity unless you are signed in.

• To save and display your Ask DAIMN conversations.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the Site:

• Hosting and database. Our backend infrastructure stores accounts, profiles, applications, and site content securely.
• Authentication. Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider, including Google sign-in if you choose it. Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account.
• AI services. Questions you ask the Ask DAIMN assistant are processed by an AI model to generate answers. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat.
• Merch store. Our merchandise store is operated externally. Purchases made there are governed by that store's own privacy policy and terms.

The Site uses browser storage and cookies only for essential functions — keeping you signed in and remembering your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved chats, and application history, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons.

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Join applications require applicants to confirm they are 13 or older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it, and the right to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and delete it, and to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.
